After your first year, maintaining your warranty is simple. You only need to do three things:

• Complete Your First-Year Inspection
  Submit the inspection form on the homeowner website.
• Complete an Annual Inspection
  This must be submitted every year.
• Maintain Your HVAC System
  Have your HVAC system serviced annually by a licensed technician.

Important Note: This annual HVAC maintenance is required to keep your warranty active.

What Does It Cost?

If you file a claim, there is a:

$75 service fee

This fee covers:

• Contractor travel
