Frequently Asked Questions

Buying a home is a significant decision filled with questions. We're here to provide clear and concise answers to help you confidently navigate this process. Below are some of the most frequently asked questions from our customers.

  • Will my home come with a warranty?

All new manufactured homes include the Dynamic LifeTime Warranty! Including all major components: plumbing, heating and air, electrical, and kitchen appliances.

  • How much is a down payment?

Most often, down payments range from 5% to 20% of the total home cost. If you own land outright, you can use that as collateral instead of a cash down payment.

  • Can I use land as a down payment?

Yes, if you own land, it can be used in place of a cash down payment in many cases. In the event that you do decide to use your land as your downpayment, it is an atuomatic finance approval.

  • Can land and home financing be combined into one payment?

Absolutely. Our lenders can help you set up a single monthly payment for both land and home financing.

  • How long does the buying process take?

The process varies based on how you decide to finace. We have options to suit everyone's situation. Once you've selected a home, transactions can be completed pretty quickly! For financing, the process typically takes a few days to a few weeks.

  • I don't have any credit. Can I still finance a home?

A lack of established credit doesn't necessarily prevent you from buying a home. Lenders will consider several factors when determining your eligibility for financing.

  • I don't have land. Can you help me find some for my home?

Absolutely! We have numerous resources to help you find suitable land in your area.

  • Do you accept trades?

Yes, we accept trades. We'll take into consideration the condition and year model of the home to determine the monetary value.
